Very polite and professional. Kept me informed.

I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I also had my engine light on! They checked the computer to see the issues! But they did not have an estimate for the fix! The man at the drop off/pickup window didn’t ask me if I wanted a quote but I asked and he said he would call with one after he worked it up! Granted, my cell phone doesn’t work at home but could still leave a message, he did not. I was shamed I felt for it being so long since my last oil change and that there was a hole on exhaust system! I just got it’s bad I mean really bad! Not great to hear but I know that it is my fault I don’t need that pointed out I need help not poorly veiled lectures!
